A change management process is an engineering tool used to develop and manage changes to a construction project, such as a building, a spacecraft, or in our case, a well performing robot!

Our process is as follows:

1. Choose an idea.

2. Research the idea; find proof that it should work (could be video, online information, any documentation that supports the success of the idea).

3. Draw it; can be anything from a hand-drawn sketch to a computer model.

4. Share your research with a coach; this is for input and coaching.

5. If you obtain concurrence, build it and test it!
