Team Leader Expectations

Team leader is responsible for:

Getting results; getting robot completed on time that can perform all desired tasks in time, engineering notebook, promotion, judges interviews, etc.
Solving problems.
Sharing resources (including team members) between teams.
Designating a backup leader to lead when they are absent.
Using resources to accomplish all the above (coaches, internet, other)
