Team member:

• Must be willing to be led by leader(s).

• Must show up, stay on task, find useful work, avoid being a distraction.

• Must actively contribute to team efforts, ideas as well as work.

• Must be willing to lead a part of the work when asked by the team leader.

 

Finally, all members of the team should model:

• Participation, focus, staying on task.

• All other aspects of the desired team culture

 

All members of the team will be provided with coaching as often as needed.
